Standardized Procedure to Prospective Homebuyers（基本的なプロセスの説明)

 

Amendment(December 21, 2021, New York Real Property Law section 442-h) (ニューヨーク不動産法改正 2021年12月21日)

 

Before starting our service(s), （サービスを始める前に）

 

(i) Prospective clients shall show identification;

（ID の確認をします）

 

(ii) An exclusive broker agreement is required only to the property which broker shows;

（お見せする物件につきましては、購入者の専任ブローカーの契約をお願いします）

(iii) Pre-approval for a mortgage loan is required.

（住宅ローンの事前仮承認が要ります。)
